1 tsp. (6g) sea salt
1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
Simple Syrup:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
6g xanthan gum
Frappuccino:
2 cups ice
1/2 cup espresso using instant coffee
3/4 cup milk
5 Tbsp. simple syrup mixture (Sugar and xanthan gum)
3-4 Tbsp. caramel sauce
