Cold Coffee Recipe - Authentic Café Style Caramel Frappuccino


INGREDIENTS:

Caramel Sauce:

1 cup (218g) sugar

1/4 cup (60g) water

1/2 cup (120g) heavy cream

1/4 cup (70g) unsalted butter

1 tsp. (6g) sea salt

1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence

 

Simple Syrup:

1 cup sugar

1 cup water

6g xanthan gum

 

Frappuccino:

2 cups ice

1/2 cup espresso using instant coffee

3/4 cup milk

5 Tbsp. simple syrup mixture (Sugar and xanthan gum)

3-4 Tbsp. caramel sauce
