All Purpose Flour 500gms 
Salt 1tsp or 6gms 
Sugar 2tbs or 25gms 
Oil 1/4cup or 60gms 
Water 200ml or slightly less than a cup 
The weight of the Dough will be 790-800gms 
Weight of Shortening/Butter -Half of the dough or 400gms
