BLOOMING POTATO/ FRENCH FRIES CHAAT

  Ingredients For Frying Potato 2-4 large Frying Potato, पहाड़ी आलू Water, पानी Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार 1 ½ cup Cornstarch, कॉर्न स्टार्च Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार Oil for frying, तेल तलने के लिए Other Ingredients Mayonnaise, मायोनिज Tomato ketchup, टोमेटो केचप 1 tsp Oregano, ओरिगैनो 1 tsp Chilli flakes, चिली फ्लेक्स Processed cheese, grated, प्रोसेस चीज ½ tsp Black pepper water, काली मिर्च का पाउडर Processed cheese, grated, प्रोसेस चीज A pinch of degi red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता 2 Green chilli, finely chopped, (less spicy)हरी मिर्च Process French Fries Chaat Take frying potatoes, cut the edges and make a square shape. Take chopsticks or wooden pencils, place the potatoes into the middle of the chopsticks and cut the potatoes into thin french fries shapes. Then put in the mixture of salt and water for 5-10 minutes and remove and keep it aside for further use. Or you can give your desired shape. Slice potatoes to make a rectangle. Cut each potato into 3-4 pieces lengthwise. Secure two skewers on both sides of a potato.With your other hand make crosswise cuts all the way up to the skewer (don’t cut the potato through!). When you are done, flip the potato on the other side and make diagonal cuts on it. Place two forks on both ends on a potato slice and stretch it out. For Coating Sprinkle cornstarch on potatoes, once potatoes are coated nicely, remove into the tray and keep it aside for further use. Tap the potatoes and remove excess cornstarch. For Frying In a shallow pan or kadai, add oil. Once the oil gets hot, transfer wedges and fry until golden in color and crisp from all the sides. Once wedges get cooked well remove into a absorben paper and keep aside for further use. Put one by one prepared potatoes into the hot oil and fry until golden in color and crisp. Once potatoes are cooked well, remove into the tray and keep it aside for further use. For Garnish In a serving plate place prepared wedges, add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, sprinkle oregano, chili flakes, grated cheese and place the prepared potato into it. Now, sprinkle black pepper powder, chili flakes, grated cheese, degi red chili powder, green chili and coriander sprig. Serve hot.
